    • August to February is peak season in Jewellery Industry so effective from 1st April 2016 company will not sanction strictly any leave during this period to anyone. If anyone wants leave in this period under every circumstances it will be under double leave deduction

    • For accounts & CS team leave may not be sanctioned in the months of April, July, Oct & Jan. (Peak season criteria not applicable to account) NEW !!!! For CA & accounts team – On 30days of each quarter end if quarterly b/s not completed no leave will be sanctioned & if leave is wanted under every circumstances it will be under double leave deduction (due to non-completion of b/s leave due to family member sick also will be under double deduction & management will not show any sympathy).

    • If any employee wants to take leave for Half Day/1 day must apply 07 Working Days prior.

    • If any employee wants to take leave for 2-3 half-days/full-days must apply 15 Working Days prior.

    • If any employee wants to take leave for 4-7 half-days/full-days must apply 30 Days prior.

    • If any employee wants to take leave for 8-14 half-days/full-days must apply 60 Days prior. Leave request for more than 14 days will always be rejected.

    • If any employee wants to take leave for 15 half-days/full-days or more must apply 04 Months prior. Double leave deduction will be applicable on total leave.

    • If leave taken out of the policy (if leave exceed the permitted annual leave & when leave is not authorized, etc) double salary will be deducted.

    • If three unauthorized leave taken than triple deduction will be taken into consideration from first day.

    • Until your request is approved you are not entitled for it. If your request is as per company policy it should be approved. If you have not received any reply by mail please contact the HR. Unauthorized actions has their own consequence as per the company policy. Your request will be processed / accepted / rejected at our own discretion. All policies are subject to update for the betterment of the working environment without prior notice.
